On November 25, 2014,” the expert review of“The Master Plan of Air Defence Engineering for Doumen,Zhuhai (2014-2020)” prepared by Research Center for Underground Space of PLA University of Science & Technology & Nanjing Wislong Urban Planning Design Co.，Ltd. was held in Zhuhai, organizing by Zhuhai City Civil Air Defense Office.Expert team formed by 6 people that from Guangzhou, Zhuhai and Doumen District reviewed the plan, more than 10 departments and Doumen District towns (Street) deputies attended the meeting.

After the report and communications, the leaders and experts believe that the technical route planning was clear, the analysis was detailed, planning targets was Prominent, operability was strong. Some innovative achievements were made in planning the layout and connectivity, so the plan was agreed to pass the review and approval according to legal procedures after further revise and improve.

November 15, 2014, the expert meeting for the master plan of underground space utilization for Xinghua (2014-2030) was organized by Taizhou Planning Bureau. Xinghua Municipal Office,Planning Bureau, Civil Defense Office and other departments attended the meeting.

The experts group formed by 6 experts about urban planning and civil air defense and other aspects including Wu Hao, Zhang Chun, Tang Yougui etc., listened to the reported by project group.the experts and leaders carefully reviewed each part of the planning documents, and discussed extensive and in-depth for the underground space development.The Group believed that the outcome of the plan was clear, targeted, comprehensive and reasonable, agreed to passing the review.Approval was permited after amended according to the procedure.

This plan is another project after planning of Panjin and Liaodong Bay Area, Han Yu of Jinan that pass the review by the experts recently.

In the morning of November 10, 2014, Jinan Civil Air Defense Office and Bureau of Jinan High-tech Zone organized thr experts meeting on “the regulatory plan guideline of air defence engineering for Han Yu of Jinan”and“the regulatory plan of air defence engineering for Han Yu of Jinan”.The review group meeting that formed by 9 military and civilian experts in the field of air defense,including Deng Chuntao, Tian Chuanping,Tao Hongming etc.,reviewed the guideline and plann. The experts, leaders agreed that the guidelines and technical route was clear, comprehensive, focused and professional. The regulatory plan has useful exploration and innovation on protection system, engineering layout, control system, public works planning.The targets and requirements ware strongly operable, the experts agreed that the 2 projects passed the review.

The regulatory plan of air defence engineering for Han Yu is the first detailed plan of air defense engineering under the background of the new round of technical standards revised.The 2 planning will promote the sustainable development of regulations relating to civil air defense and underground space construction.
