May 28, 2015 to 29, Jiangsu Housing and Municipal and Rural Construction Hall hosted the review meeting for Yangzhou, Jiangyin, Yancheng urban underground space development and utilization planning，the experts group，including well-known urban planning and underground space experts such as Yuan Jinfu, Chen Zhilong, Shi Xiaodong, Gu Xin, reviewed the three underground space planning projects respectively.
In the morning of 29, as the last reviewed project, prepared by PLA University of Science & Technology，Yangzhou Urban Planning and Design Co., Ltd., Nanjing Wislong Urban Planning Design Co.，Ltd.，”The Master Plan of Underground Space Utilization for Certral Area of Yangzhou(2013- 2020) “has been highly praised by the experts and leaders,the partition management and control, strategic pre-control, planning and technical guidelines and other innovative content were discussed in depth, the planning study is reasonable，the content is realistic and innovative, with strong guidance and operability, provides a solid foundation for the orderly development and construction of urban underground space resources, so all the experts approval the planning.
Leadership of Jiangsu Civil Defense Office, Yangzhou Planning Bureau, also attended the review meeting.
