In the morning of May 8, 2015, Panjin Urban and Rural Planning Committee organized the 1st Planning Commission meeting. The meeting reviewed the ” The Master Plan of Underground Space Utilization for Certral Area and Liaodong Bay New District Zone of Panjin (2013-2020)”, ” The Master Plan of Air Defence Engineering for Certral Area and Liaodong Bay New District Zone of Panjin (2013-2020)” and a number of different urban planning project.

As the first project, plan review meeting after hearing the introduction made by Sha Ying, Panjin City Civil Air Defense Office Director, about background information of Panjin City Central and Liaodong Bay Area underground space and air defense engineering planning, the planning project team, formed with Research Center for Underground Space of PLA University of Science & Technology and Nanjing Wislong Urban Planning Design Co.，Ltd.，made a report.After the members of the Planning Commission for examination, the deputy mayor Liu Zhihong done important instructions about the influence underground space and air defense engineering planning in the construction of civil air defense engineering and common ditch.Panjin Planning Bureau, the Construction Committee, the Finance Bureau, the Civil Defense Office, Comprehensive Law Enforcement Bureau, the Environmental Protection Bureau, Board of Education, Fire Department, Xinglongtai,Shuangtaizi district government attended the meeting.
