December 30, 2015, Yingkou Air Defense Office hosted the ” The Master Plan of Underground Space Utilization for Certral Area of Yingkou (2013-2030)” and ” The Master Plan of Air Defence Engineering for Yingkou (2013-2030)” (hereinafter “two plan”) appraisal meeting in Yingkou City.Two plan were prepared by Research Center for Underground Space of PLA University of Science & Technology and Nanjing Wislong Urban Planning Design Co.，Ltd..

The experts and leaders listened to the report prepared by the project group.Experts review group of urban planning,air defense and other aspects from Liaoning Province and Yingkou conduct a careful review and extensive exchanges,agreed that the “two plan” has complete, clear objectives and reasonable targets, strong forward-looking and operability, compliance with economic and social development and urban construction.
Hu Weidong, deputy director of Air Defense Office chaired the meeting, Han Chunbo,Director of Liaoning Province Air Defense Office, Wang Zhibo,Yingkou Municipal Government Deputy Secretary-General, Jia Yaoyu, director of the provincial Housing Department, Wang Shengcai,Director of Municipal Construction Committee, Liu Yunsheng,director of Air Defense Office took part in the meeting,Leaders from related departments as Liaoning Province Air Defense Office, Municipal Construction Committee, the Urban Planning Institute, Yingkou Bayuquan district, the old border attended the review meeting.
